1. Who we are
AlignmentX ("AX") is operated by PURPLE CRAYOLÁ LTD, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Company number: 15615450.
Privacy and Data Protection Officer enquiries, where applicable, can be sent to hello@thealignmentx.com.
Advertising tracking is optional. Rejecting advertising technologies does not prevent you from using AX.
2. Essential technologies
We use essential cookies and related technologies to maintain secure sessions, protect forms against misuse, remember privacy choices, support authentication and provide requested website functions.
These technologies are necessary to operate AX and do not require advertising consent. Blocking them through your browser may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
3. Advertising technologies
With your permission, we may use:
- Google Tag Manager and approved Google advertising services to deploy approved measurement tags, measure campaigns and create audiences of visitors to selected public AX landing pages.
- Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and create audiences that may receive relevant AX advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services.
These providers may receive the public page visited, visit time, browser and device information, IP address and approximate location, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising or device identifiers.
4. Your consent
Google and Meta advertising tags remain disabled unless you actively select Accept advertising cookies. Merely continuing to use AX does not constitute consent.
Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent you from using AX, registering, purchasing a service or completing an assessment. You may change your choice at any time through Cookie settings on an eligible public page.
5. Sensitive-data boundary
AX does not place advertising tags on sign-in, registration, contact, newsletter signup, assessment, results, report, journal, coaching, payment or other signed-in member pages.
We do not intentionally send form entries, names, email addresses, passwords, payment-card details, assessment answers, identity scores, report content, journal entries or coaching information to Google or Meta through these browser tags.
Only advertising tags reviewed and approved by the Product Team may be published through the AX Google Tag Manager container.
6. Current inventory
ax_marketing_consent_v1— AlignmentX: remembers whether advertising cookies were accepted or rejected; retained for up to the period shown by the Cookie settings interface, normally 180 days.- Google advertising technologies — Google: campaign measurement, audience creation and relevant advertising; individual identifiers and lifetimes will be recorded after the production container is activated and scanned.
- Meta Pixel technologies — Meta: campaign measurement, audience creation and relevant advertising; individual identifiers and lifetimes will be recorded after the production pixel is activated and scanned.
The Product Team will complete a production cookie scan after the final Google and Meta configuration is activated and will update this inventory with detected cookie names, purposes and maximum lifetimes.
Identifiable campaign and advertising reports controlled by AX are normally retained for up to 24 months. Aggregated or properly anonymised statistics may be retained for longer because they no longer identify an individual.
7. Provider information
These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards.
8. Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings on an eligible AX public page to accept or reject advertising technologies. You may also clear browser cookies or use Google, Meta and device-level advertising controls.
Withdrawing consent prevents AX from loading advertising tags on subsequent eligible page loads. It does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful and may not automatically delete information already held by a provider.
For more information about AX's broader use of personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
